This deliciously snack is perfect to be eat with a good coldpressed olivoil extravergine, with salt and oregano, fresh tomatos and sliced mozzarella. Very good to enjoy with tuna and differend sauces and dipsfor a cold Buffet and for Aperetives. Enjoy tris healthy snack for breakfast with fresh cheese, butter, eggs, marmelade, honey or Nutella hazelnutcreme with tea or coffee. Optimally with a cup of hot/cold milk or ciocolate for our little once, because our frifri dose not crumble.

Handmade and produced with antique and typical approach. After an halfway bakingprocesse , the " Friselle" get horinzontally cut throug, and baked a second time.
