How to enjoy: 
This deliciously snack is perfect to be eat with a good coldpressed olivoil extravergine, with salt and oregano, fresh tomatos and sliced mozzarella. Very good to enjoy with tuna and differend sauces and dips. Enjoy tris healthy snack for breakfast with fresh cheese, butter, eggs, marmelade, honey or Nutella hazelnutcreme with tea or coffee. Optimally with a cup of hot/cold milk or ciocolate for our little once, because our frifri dose not crumble.
How we do produce and the typical way of workin: 
Handmade and produced with antique and typical approach. After an halfway bakingprocesse , the " Friselle" get horinzontally cut throug, and baked a second time.
