How to enjoy: 
You can replace bread with Crostoni, made with a good quality grist flour from puglia to enjoy with a good coldpressed olivoil extravergine, with salt and oregano, fresh tomatos and sliced mozzarella. Very good to enjoy with tuna and differend sauces and dips for a cold Buffet and for Aperetives. Enjoy this healthy snack for breakfast with fresh cheese, butter, eggs, marmelade, honey or Nutella hazelnutcreme with tea or coffee. Optimally with a cup of hot/cold milk or ciocolate for our little once, because our crostoni dose not crumble.
How we do produce and the typical way of workin: 
Handmade and produced with antique and typical approach. After an halfway bakingprocesse , horinzontally cut throug, and baked a second time.
