This delicius, sugary surface cookies, baked according to an ancient recipe from Grandma's Times, ideal to enjoy with a nice cup of Tea. And since the cookies do not crumble easily you can enjoy them too with cold or warm milk or hot cioccolate. The lightly sugary surface cookies are a pleasant contrast.

Antique recipe with natural ingrdients,( acording to an ancient Apulian metodo), as well as durum wheat flour with fine, ( ground and mixed acording to the traditiobal salento method),without margarine, with fresh eggs wich are opend only at the moment of the preparazione
